● Creating and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making processes.
● Performing general workforce management tasks, including scheduling and forecasting.
● Supporting facilitators with online live sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
● Collaborating with the operations manager to address various issues, from learner requests to technical implementations.
● Help setting up complex administrative and technological processes.
● Coordinating and scheduling a large number of training sessions across
multiple time zones.
