As Transformation & Change Management expert you’ll own The DO’s boldest, purpose-led transformation programs—while leveling up our internal expertise. Partnering closely with senior executives, you’ll turn big-picture strategies into real, actionable change journeys that shift mindsets, reboot culture, and deliver clear business impact. Your mission? To make sure change doesn’t just get planned—it sticks, thrives, and powers the future.
YOU WILL OWN:
Partner Impact
Design and deliver complex transformation programs that turn bold strategies into action. You’ll guide executive teams from ambition to execution—aligning leadership, mobilizing people, and embedding change across entire organizations. Your programs will deliver outcomes that matter—on time, on budget, and built to last.
Elevate Our Craft
You’ll own the continued evolution of The DO’s transformation frameworks and methods—infusing purpose, cultural change, and human-centered design into every engagement. As a mentor and coach, you’ll lead project leads and colleagues to deliver with excellence, consistency, and heart.
Grow Strategic Partnerships
Build and expand trusted, senior-level relationships in your area of expertise—expanding existing partnerships while identifying and developing new opportunities for long-term value and growth.
Be a Thought Leader
Position The DO as a leading voice in purposeful transformation. Represent us in external forums, speak at key industry events, publish bold thinking, and contribute to the wider ecosystem of change-makers.
This is what you can expect… In the first month, In your first month, you will complete onboarding, get to know our methods and team, and start contributing to ongoing transformation programs. By three months, you will have built strong working relationships with partner and stakeholders, started engaging your own network, and begun leading elements of program design and delivery in your expertise area. At six months, you will fully own program and stakeholder management for major projects, guiding strategy implementation, coaching project leads, and supporting the development of new partnerships. After one year, you will be established as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, recognized for advancing The DO’s transformation practice, and actively shaping new offerings, thought leadership, and partnership opportunities.

Your profile
You are a strategic transformation leader who doesn’t just design change—you make it real. You know how to turn strategies into action, embedding transformation deep within organizations to create lasting impact.
AND BRING:
preferably 10+ years of experience in transformation, organizational development, change management, or related fields—either within large organizations or as a trusted external advisor.
A proven track record of driving strategy to execution —from aligning the C-suite to mobilizing large, complex systems around shared goals.
Deep expertise in purpose-driven and culture-led transformation and change, aligning business strategy with leadership behaviors and organizational culture.
The ability to engage senior executives and translate strategy into compelling narratives, structures, and practices that mobilize action.
Hands-on experience in program execution, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes while building ownership and capability within partner teams.
A coaching mindset and commitment to transformation excellence.
The presence, empathy, and credibility to build trust and influence across functions and levels.
Fluency in German and English, with exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
BONUS:
Experience linking transformation to innovation, ESG, or leadership development.
Background in co-creation, design thinking, or participatory change models.
Track record of shaping new products or offerings that accelerate transformation impact.
