We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager to join us on a maternity cover contract.
Design, execute, and continuously optimize a content and distribution system that turns attention into qualified inbound demand.
You will combine sharp positioning, standout content, AI-powered workflows, and rigorous performance tracking to drive measurable growth.
This role is not about maintaining a content calendar. It is about building a high-performance marketing engine that drives qualified inbound conversations with C-level leaders.
What You Will Own
1. Content That Converts
Develop differentiated POVs and narratives for a C-level B2B audience
Create high-quality LinkedIn content that cuts through and generates inbound interest
Build compelling offers and lead magnets that convert attention into conversations
Design a smart repurposing system across channels
This is not volume content. It is conversion-focused content.
2. Distribution & Amplification
Build and optimize a LinkedIn distribution system, including leadership amplification
Refine hooks, formats, CTAs, and engagement mechanics
Partner with a freelance performance marketing manager on LinkedIn campaigns
Ensure every campaign has a clear and optimized conversion path
3. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Improve website landing pages and CTA architecture (Webflow)
Optimize lead capture flows and nurture sequences (HubSpot)
Track and improve conversion from visitor → lead → booked call
Build clear dashboards connecting marketing activity to pipeline
4. AI-Driven Workflow Design
You operate fluently with AI tools, especially Gemini and ChatGPT.
You use AI to:
Accelerate research and positioning
Increase content velocity without compromising quality
Test and iterate messaging
Analyze performance data
Design smarter workflows and reduce manual effort
5. Data & Experimentation
Define and run structured growth experiments
Move beyond vanity metrics and focus on conversion impact
Identify bottlenecks and optimize systematically
Translate marketing performance into revenue contribution
6. Team & Collaboration
You will report to the COO and be part of the Operations Team
Create clarity around priorities, workflows, and quality standards
Partner closely with events, new business, and account management
